The HFI Support Team is responsible for the administrative structure of the Helping Families Initiative. The Support Team provides each HFI site programmatic support to ensure fidelity to the HFI model and consistency in day to day operations.
Working with local HFI sites, the State Support Team helps create local goals and objectives that will provide benchmarks for progress.
HFI accountability includes fidelity to the Helping Families model and ensures that progress is made toward local goals and objectives.
Effective data management is at the core of communication with HFI students and families, data driven evaluation of goals and objectives, and accountability.
The HFI Support Team provides a broad spectrum of training for all aspects of the Helping Families program. Training includes data management, family needs assessments, community engagement, motivational interviewing, and community.
