The files are in a ZIP (compacted) format. Double click on the ZIP file and save the unzipped file to your desktop. Do this for both the software file and the certificate file.

These are the installation files. After you unzip your files, double click the software file (exe for Windows or dmg for Macintosh) and let the program do its work.

When you open your new Filemaker software program, you will be asked to install your license key or certificate (LicenseCert.fmcert).
Select your certificate from the 'Browse...' installation button in the new Filemaker program that you just opened.
That's it! You're Done.
